Privacy Policy
We build small puzzle games, not data businesses. Your game progress lives on your device. Where a game shows ads or uses analytics, we say so plainly below — and we never sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
Sago Kriyo is an independent mobile game studio. This policy is published by Sago Kriyo as the developer of the apps listed below and the operator of sagokriyo.com.
Contact for anything in this policy: sagokriyo@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
- 2048 Infinity — Android app, package
com.sagokriyo.infinity, distributed on Google Play. - Sudoku — in development; the account-related sections below apply when it is released.
- sagokriyo.com — this website.
3. Data we collect, and why
3.1 2048 Infinity
Saved on your device only: your scores, best runs, achievements, statistics, settings, and theme choices are stored locally in the app's private storage. They are not uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app (or clearing its data in Android settings) erases them.
Advertising (Google AdMob). The app may show ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and ad-interaction data (such as which ads were viewed or tapped). Where required, the app will ask for your consent before serving personalized ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads. AdMob's data practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data usage documentation.
Analytics (Google Firebase). The app may use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, which game modes are played, session length, device model, OS version) and to diagnose crashes (stack traces and device state at the time of a crash). This data is pseudonymous — it identifies an app instance, not you by name — and we use it only to improve the games. See Firebase's privacy documentation.
Optional Google sign-in and Play Games services. If a future update offers sign-in (for cloud save or leaderboards), it is optional. Signing in shares your Google account's basic profile (name, email, avatar) with us solely to operate those features. The app works fully without an account.
Purchases. If the app offers a premium unlock, payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive the purchase state (so we can unlock what you bought) — never your payment details.
3.2 Sudoku (upon release)
- Optional account — email address and a display name, used to sign you in and label your leaderboard entries. Authentication and storage are provided by Supabase.
- Gameplay data — puzzle progress, results, and statistics synced to your account.
- Leaderboards — your display name and score are visible to other players on daily leaderboards.
3.3 This website
sagokriyo.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. The playable board's scores, the site achievements, and your theme choice are stored in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log requests (such as IP addresses) to operate the service, per the GitHub Privacy Statement.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never collect your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, or files.
- We never use your data for purposes unrelated to running and improving our games.

- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting. Policy
- Supabase — accounts and leaderboards for Sudoku (upon release). Policy
- GitHub Pages — website hosting. Policy
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data retention
- On-device data — kept until you clear the app's data or uninstall; we never hold a copy.
- Account data (Sudoku, upon release) — kept until you delete your account; see Account & Data Deletion.
- Analytics and crash data — retained per Firebase's standard retention windows (typically 2–14 months), then deleted or aggregated.
- Purchase records — retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention.
7. Security
All network communication from our apps and this site uses encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We follow a least-data design: features are built to need as little of your information as possible, and payment details never touch our systems.
8. Children
Our games are designed for a general audience and rated Everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where our apps show ads, we configure advertising for compliance with families policies on Google Play, including requesting non-personalized ads where required. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at sagokriyo@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests for all users, wherever you are:
- Delete your account and data — follow the steps on our Account & Data Deletion page.
- Opt out of ad personalization — Android Settings → Google → Ads, or via the in-app consent screen where shown.

Full instructions, including what gets deleted and how long it takes, are at sagokriyo.com/delete-account.
11. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes to an app's data collection are also disclosed in that app's Google Play Data Safety section.
